Replacement and Return Policy

We thank you for choosing Global High Performance to buy your favorite products, and we are happy to serve you. Sometimes you may change your mind about the items you have purchased. We at Global High Performance will make every effort to keep the return or exchange process simple and smooth.


We have facilitated the procedure through the following points:


1. Time Period for Return or Replacement

- Return and exchange are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.


2. Conditions for Return or Replacement

- The product must be in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition as when purchased.

- All accessories and gifts that came with the product must be returned in their original packaging.

- Products that have been opened and found to have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same item, provided they are returned to Global High Performance.


3. Refund Methods

- The customer may choose either to refund the value of the purchase or replace it with another product.

- For purchases made by credit card or bank cheque, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days. The customer must complete all procedures with their bank branch.


4. Exclusions Not Covered by the Policy

- Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.


5. Fees for Returning Shipments

- The customer is responsible for paying all fees and charges to return the shipment to Global High Performance Trading Corporation within 3 days of receiving it, using the approved shipping companies.
